The following directory will link you with various groups throughout South Australia which are being run by Active Ageing Australia trained leaders and are open to members of the public.

Western suburbs

ANFE (Italo-Australian Welfare Organization) has six Active Ageing Exercise Programs in the West.
Target group is over 60. The exercise leader is Italian and speaks the language, but classes are open to all.
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
